Why this work

Every room has a nervous system.

Stress does not always arrive as a crisis. It often appears first as a signal: the held breath, the shortened voice, the tightened jaw, the room that suddenly goes quiet.

Somatic Signal™ teaches people to notice earlier, respond more gently, and build a shared language for pressure, recovery, communication, and presence.

The signal appears before the problem. Observation before intervention.

Stories From The OR™

The operating room teaches what stress looks like before anyone names it.

Jeremy’s work begins with a rare vantage point: years spent reading living nervous systems during brain and spine surgery, while also observing the human signals moving through the room.

The room knows first.

In a long case, nobody has to say they are under pressure. The room changes. Breathing shortens. Shoulders rise. Voices become clipped. The signal appears before the story.

Attention has a texture.

In surgery, attention is not abstract. It has pace, tone, rhythm, and consequence. Somatic Signal™ translates that kind of observation into practices people can use outside the operating room.

Recovery is not a luxury.

High-performing people often wait for collapse before listening. This work helps teams recognize earlier signals, so recovery becomes distributed, practical, and human.
