No. We may discuss nervous-system education and supportive practices, but medical concerns should be addressed with an appropriate licensed professional.
No. Nothing has to look a certain way. Sessions can include conversation, reflection, awareness, and gentle movement when useful.
Most clients meet every 1–2 weeks. The Somatic Signal Series™ is designed to unfold over 4–8 weeks.
Yes. Some clients begin with one focused session. Others move into the 4-session Series after the discovery conversation.
We notice what is present, clarify what matters, and identify one supportive next step. The process is collaborative and practical.
Occasionally, yes. The main public pathway is the Somatic Signal Series™ because meaningful behavior change usually benefits from more than one conversation. A single session can be discussed during the discovery conversation if it feels like the better fit.
