You do not need a mat, special clothing, prior experience, or a perfect quiet room. Join from a chair, standing, or wherever you are.

Jeremy Morton is a board-certified neurophysiologist, Stanford YogaX graduate, health coach, artist, and founder of Somatic Signal™.

After years spent monitoring nervous systems in operating rooms and studying how attention, movement, and environment influence human experience, he created Somatic Signal™ to help people notice what their bodies are already communicating and respond with greater awareness, capacity, and choice.
